Der Alpenschleifer 6/150
Unsere neueste Maschine im Programm der Alpenschleifer 6/150 ist eine Cabochonschleifmaschine in starker Edelstahlbauweise 2 bzw. 3 mm Blechstärke. Die Maschine zeichnet sich aus durch eine robuste Bauweise, großen Räderabstand, gute Wasserzuführung, Qualitätslager, Spritzschutz vorne und seitlich. Durch rückseitige Gummifüße fließt das Wasser nach vorne und kann über den seitlichen, groß dimensionierten Abfluss abfließen.
Angetrieben wird die Welle durch einen 370 Watt starken Motor mithilfe eines Keilriemens. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Maschinen am Markt verwenden wir spezielle Keilriemenräder, dadurch wird ein Durchrutschen und somit entstehende Schäden verhindert.
Am rechten Wellenende wird der Polierteller (bereits im Lieferumfang) montiert.
Zusätzlich bieten wir für den Alpenschleifer ein eigenes Plantellerset an zum Anfertigen von Planschliffen.
