Produktinformationen Diamant-Schleifscheiben
Die Diamantglättungsscheiben von Hi-Tech Diamond sorgen für eine schnelle Entfernung von Kratzern bei Plananschliffen und Cabochons. Sie glätten auch größere Flächen und eignen sich perfekt zum Schleifen von Glas, Edelsteinen, Mineralien, Fossilien, synthetischen Materialien, Flusskiesel, Bachsteinen und Metall.
Mithilfe einer speziellen Technik verwenden Hi-Tech Diamond-Diamantschleifscheiben eine hohe Konzentration an Diamanten, die auf jede Scheibe aufgetragen werden, um eine aggressive Schleifwirkung zu erzielen und gleichzeitig eine glatte Oberfläche zu hinterlassen. Jede Scheibe ist farblich gekennzeichnet, um leicht zu erkennen, welche Körnung die Scheibe hat.
Es sind Diamantscheiben mit 6”(~150mm) und 8"(~200mm) Durchmesser erhältlich. Alle Scheiben verfügen über ein 1/2-Zoll Bohrung und eine 3M-Kleberückseite, die auf Trägerplatten aufgedrückt werden.
Optional können weiche Neoprenscheiben unter diesen Glättungsscheiben eingesetzt werden, um beim Schleifen abrunden zu können wie z.B. für Cabochons.
Bitte beachten Sie: Für die Verwendung dieser Nass-Schleifscheiben benötigen Sie eine Trägerplatte. Auch zusätzliche Trägerplatten sind erhältlich.
