This device can be retrofitted to any EMSCH or EMSCH RPM. The device is simply attached to the back of the machine using four screws.
With the help of the grinding lever (grinding device) it is possible to grind stones (especially agates) quickly and easily. The device guides the stone in a uniform, circular movement over the grinding wheel. This produces a clean grinding pattern. The position of the stone on the grinding wheel is easy to adjust. The weight of the device presses the stone onto the wheel with even pressure. This device eliminates the unpleasant manual pressure.
The stone is embedded in a plastic cup using industrial plasticine (included in delivery) and is held securely in the receiving cup. A drilling template for retrofitting is also included in delivery.
