This pillar drill is suitable for drilling minerals, gemstones, fossils, rocks, glass, ceramics and fine stoneware. Special, durable, sintered drill bits are used, which are cooled by water. There is a needle in the drill bit that prevents the drill bit from clogging.
In contrast to the TBH 1, this machine does not have a drilling spindle, but a drilling head with an internal thread into which the drill bits are screwed directly.
The machine is characterized by its increased smoothness when drilling.
