Surface grinder also known as a lapping machine for grinding rock, minerals, semi-precious and precious stones, fossils and glass for versatile applications (e.g., selectable low speed for polishing, selectable low speed for grinding with loose grit, selectable high speed for diamond grinding discs, use of high-speed diamond pads, production of thin sections with our optional TL diamond grinding foils, etc.). This machine is suitable for beginners to professionals as well as for commercial applications such as universities, geological institutes or laboratories.

The perfect machine for agate grinders. The device for grinding with bonded diamond tools or loose grit. Allows optimal speed settings that are necessary for optimal coarse grinding, fine and superfine grinding, and polishing.
Furthermore, the machine can also be used with an appropriate metal plate for grinding with loose grit (silicon carbide).
Please note that this machine is available with grinding plates Ø 200 mm or Ø 300 mm!
